Saturday, 1st March was a cracking night to remember at Whelan’s Sports Bar at The Brick Community Stadium, as we hosted a sold-out event for the highly anticipated clash between the Wigan Warriors and Warrington Wolves, live from Las Vegas.
This historic fixture was part of the Super League’s international expansion, with Wigan and Warrington going head-to-head at the Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders. It was a proud moment for rugby league, bringing the sport to a global stage, and we were thrilled to share it with a packed crowd of passionate supporters.
